Recorded and mixed at Dave Fridmann's Tarbox Road Studios in Upstate New York, ‘Come On Die Young’ begins with a sample of Iggy Pop eulogising the genius of punk rock and ends with a track entitled ‘Punk Rock\/Puff Daddy\/Antichrist’.
