Shipping
Apocalypse Vinyl ships from four warehouses in the eastern U.S. (Kentucky, New York, Virginia and Florida), and some items ship directly from our distribution partners. Your order may be split between locations and arrive in two or more boxes, each with its own tracking. You'll get a shipping notice for each package.
Apparel ships separately, via USPS Ground Advantage or Priority Mail, and can take up to 7 days to ship because it's transferred to us when you order. Books ship separately from our book partner.
Domestic Shipping Rates
In-stock items use a flat rate per order, any weight:

Pre-orders are $6.95 per order (Express $13.95), or free on pre-order totals of $149 or more. Pre-orders ship separately from in-stock items, within 2 days of their release (street) date, so they carry their own shipping charge. Pre-orders may be excluded from some promotions.
Subscriptions are $6.99 per shipment for new subscriptions. Existing subscriptions keep the shipping terms they started with.
Items that ship from a partner, such as apparel, books and some records, may show a separate shipping charge for that package at checkout.

We keep shipping rates as close to our actual postage and packaging costs as we can.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within the United States only. We're working on international shipping and will update this page when it's available.
How can I cancel my order?
You can cancel any unfulfilled order from your Account Management Page. If your order has already shipped, you can start a return from the same page.
How can I change my order?
To change items, update your shipping address or make other edits, contact our customer care team by submitting a request here. We can't edit an order once it has been processed for shipment.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
In-stock orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Apparel ships in 5–7 business days. Pre-orders ship within 2 days of their release (street) date, separately from in-stock items. You'll get an email or text as each part of your order ships.
How do I track my order?
Check your order status anytime from your Account Management Page. When your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update, and check your spam folder if you didn't receive an order confirmation.
If you haven't received your order within 10 business days of your shipping confirmation and tracking isn't updating, please contact the carrier first, then reach out to our customer care team here.
My order says delivered, but I haven't received it.
Carriers sometimes mark packages delivered a little early. Please check with the carrier first. If they can't locate your package, contact our customer care team from your Account Management Page or email us here.
