Release Details
David McNeil (son of the painter Marc Chagall, novelist, composer and songwriter for Julien Clerc, Jacques Dutronc, Alain Souchon, Laurent Voulzy, Robert Charlebois, -M-, Yves Montand and many others) is one of France's greatest singer-songwriters. This multi-talented artist is releasing his new album 'Le blues de l'homme blanc' at the same time as his latest novel 'Quelques mots propos de quelques voitures rouges' in Gallimard's prestigious 'Collection Blanche'. Here he presents us with a little gem featuring previously unreleased tracks and re-orchestrated versions, with contributions from his friends, notably Robert Charlebois, Alain Souchon, Maxime Le Forestier, Renaud, Franoise Hardy and Carla Bruni.
