Recorded in both Bogota and the Caribbean island of Old Providence, OndatrÛpica, whose pieces often including up to 35 musicians, captured the dialogues between Calypso and Gaita, Accordion and Lapsteel, Clave and Mandolin, even synthesizer and a horse's jaw bone.
