First release by vibist Jon Metzger. Recorded in 1986 in Washington DC. The material (five Metzger originals and two songs from Hersch) is challenging, and a bit unpredictable yet swinging in it's own fashion. With Fred Hersch - piano, Marc Johnson - bass & Joey Baron - drums.
