FLOOD is a Metal band comprised of accomplished artists innovating forward thinking compositions with calculated, symphonic precision. Guy Ritter (vocals) and Gary Lenaire (guitars / vocals) are co-founders of the bands Tourniquet and Echo Hollow. They are joined by Erik Mendez (guitars), Anna Sentina (bass) and David Husvik (Extol/Azusa - drums). Shipping

When will my Pre-Order ship?

Pre-Orders will ship on or just before the indicated release date.

Why is their a separate shipping charge for pre-orders

In-stock items will ship according to their handling time and pre-orders will all ship together on the last release date. There is a separate charge for the additional shipment.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Standard shipping normally takes 3-5 days. 2 day shipping is available on all orders (for an additional charge). Some items have a lead time that will be indicated on the product page.

Returns and Refunds

How do I return a product?

Returns are self service from your my account page.

Items must be returned within 30 days after receiving your order. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, be unworn/unused, have any tags still attached, and include all the original packaging.

How long will it take to receive my refund?
