The album is centred around Elfman's brand-new Cello Concerto, written specifically for Capuçon through a uniquely collaborative, director-style creative process. Anchoring the album's crossover reach is a collection of fresh, virtuoso cello arrangements by pianist Jérôme Ducros, featuring Elfman's most iconic film and television themes, including Edward Scissorhands, The Nightmare Before Christmas, The Simpsons, Spider-Man, and Good Will Hunting.
