'Mozart, Made in Manchester' has become a flagship project for Manchester Camerata, eliciting five-star reviews, national and international radio support, international tours, and more than three million streams online. Since starting the project, in 2016, with it's Music Director, Gábor Takács-Nagy, the orchestra has performed and recorded all Mozart's piano concertos, played by Jean-Efflam Bavouzet, and all the horn concertos, with Martin Owen. It's performances of this repertoire, led by Takács-Nagy, have been celebrated as some of the most vivid and insightful readings of Mozart's work available. Now, with the continuation of this much-loved project, Manchester Camerata presents symphonies and arias by Mozart, joined by the most gifted Chinese soprano of her generation, Ying Fang.
