Considered among the finest of contemporary vocal ensembles, the London-based Tenebrae conducted by Nigel Short have gained renown for their powerfully commanding recordings that range from medieval to contemporary works. Their latest release is no exception as Tenebrae give movingly gorgeous and intricate performances of a selection of motets by Johannes Brahms and Anton Bruckner.
